In the second half of 2014, the TAIDEN conference system equipment of the eight conference rooms including the United General Assembly Hall in the second phase of the United Nations Headquarters Project was installed and put into use. So far, the TAIDEN conference system equipment of 18 conference halls (rooms) of the United Nations Headquarters project, including the United General Assembly Hall and the Security Council Conference Hall, has been installed and put into use. This three-year-old conference system is the world’s largest and most important conference system. The project is fully completed.

The United Nations General Assembly Hall is the most prestigious conference hall in the United Nations Headquarters and the largest conference hall in the United Nations Headquarters. It has more than 1,800 seats. The main conference system equipment used is: TAIDEN HCS-8318/20 series paperless multimedia conferences installed on the rostrum Terminal; representative seats are equipped with HCS-48U7, HCS-48U8 embedded full digital conference unit (with speech, simultaneous interpretation, IC card sign-in, voting functions), HCS-1030U electronic nameplate, HCS-4325U/50 embedded full digital channel selection (Dual 64-channel simultaneous interpretation, for 2 people); the auditorium/media seat install HCS-4325K/50 embedded full digital channel selector (dual 64-channel simultaneous interpretation, built-in IC card reader, available for 2 Human use); Simultaneous interpretation room is equipped with HCS-4385U/50 full digital 64-channel translation unit; in addition, there are HCS-8316 series high-definition video encoders, HCS-8301M conference dedicated digital mixer, etc. From September 24 to October 1, 2014, the General Debate of the 69th session of the UN General Assembly was held in the General Assembly Hall. The heads of state, government and representatives of the 193 member states of the United Nations expressed their opinions on various major issues. TAIDEN conference system equipment was used throughout.

It is worth mentioning that in the United Assembly Hall and the large conference rooms of the United Nations Headquarters, all the speakers built in the TAIDEN conference unit are used to achieve large-scale venue sound reinforcement, and the speakers built in the conference units distributed in each location of the venue are used to send out evenly, The continuous, low-volume sound enables people to hear a clear direct sound in every position of the venue, and it is not easy to produce a howling sound. When using headphones to listen to the simultaneous interpretation, the original sound will not affect the simultaneous interpretation voice, and it will be difficult to hear. From an economic point of view, the sound reinforcement system is omitted, and the investment cost is reduced. The United Assembly Hall is one of the most important meeting places in the world. In order to ensure that important meetings can be better conducted here, the use of sound equipment is very demanding. Since the installation and use of TAIDEN conference unit system, all United Nations conference halls no longer need a sound reinforcement system.

In addition, meeting rooms 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12 (CR4, CR5, CR6, CR7, CR8, CR11, CR12) are medium-sized meeting rooms ranging from more than 100 seats to hundreds of seats. The installation has also been completed, and the main conference system equipment used is basically the same as that of the United Great Hall and other conference halls. Prior to this, the TAIDEN conference system equipment of 10 conference halls (rooms), including the Security Council Conference Hall and the Trusteeship Council Conference Hall, had been installed and put into use in the first phase of the United Nations Headquarters Project. This three-year-old, the world's largest and most important conference system project was fully completed and put into use.
