Legislative Assembly of Costa Rica

The Republic of Costa Rica, a beautiful small country in Central America bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Caribbean Sea to the east. The name la Costa Rica, meaning "rich coast" in the Spanish language indicates a peaceful and harmonious world to explore.   

 

The Legislative Assembly, or in Spanish Asamblea Legislativa forms the unicameral legislative branch of the Costa Rican government. In the capital city, San José locates the national congress building, which has been extended recently to accommodate more meeting rooms and discussion space for legislators.

The conference system plays a really significant role in the routine work of the Legislative Assembly. All 57 deputies here engaged in discussion, proposing and voting toward legal matters of their nation and people, need to be heard clearly their opinions and attitudes. Working together with its local partner Sonivisión S.A. on this project, TAIDEN aims at doing it by providing its latest paperless congress system.

When clients are quite specific about features including fingerprint sign-in, braille, and independent mic. from the unit, TAIDEN thinks way ahead of them. The fingerprint identification module comes with TAIDEN paperless system from its first generation to bring a quick and easy way of sign-in for attendees.

As participating in the editing of ISO 2603, ISO 4043, ISO 20108 and ISO 20109, TAIDEN is one of the few only conference system manufacturers in China that add braille into its product design. And the microphone attached to the congress unit is designed to be detachable in the very beginning to meet different clients' needs. In this case, we move the mic stem from the unit to be embedded into the table, keeping it far from the touchscreen to avoid possible damage in case of a fierce debate.

There're altogether 11 meeting rooms installed TAIDEN paperless congress system and other two more rooms installed TAIDEN HCS-5300 Series Digital Infrared Wireless Conference System. As early as in 2008, TAIDEN developed successfully the digital infrared audio transmitting and control technologies (dirATC) chipset and invented the HCS-5300 Digital Infrared Wireless Conference System. Wireless solutions are preferred by many clients because of the quick speed of setup and removal, no impact on furniture, interior equipment or building structure, and no troubles resulting from cable breaks or deteriorations. Infrared transmission technology meanwhile guarantees audio clarity and no eavesdropping or signal interference
