Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily sales tasks and support the Sales Manager in coordinating communication between clients and the company.
2. Assist with handling contracts, orders, logistics, and after-sales services.
3. Support client relations and handle the reception of visiting customers.
4. Assist in organizing internal management sales meetings and coordinating international sales and communication sessions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; 1-2 years of experience preferred (exceptional recent graduates will be considered).
2. Degree in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English, or a related field; proficiency in French, Russian, Spanish, or other foreign languages is a plus.
3. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to solve problems and manage urgent situations effectively.
4. Proactive, quick-thinking, responsible, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
5. Experience in foreign companies or roles related to assistance or order management is advantageous.
6. Good physical health and ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement the annual sales plan for the region to meet the company's sales targets.
2. Analyze historical projects and client data to assess and understand the needs of target customer groups.
3. Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, identify potential clients, and analyze strategies to enhance market share.
4. Collaborate with customer service, technical, and other departments to ensure successful delivery, installation, training, technical support, and after-sales service for regional projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of experience; prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.
2. Degree in Engineering, Foreign Languages, Marketing, Communications, International Trade, or related fields; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus.
3. Professional appearance with strong communication skills, excellent planning effective planning, management,and adaptability; proficiency in both written and spoken English.
4. Good physical condition and willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage pre-sales follow-ups, analyze and resolve after-sales issues, and address quality concerns for overseas clients.
2. Provide pre-sales and post-sales training to international clients and engineers.
3. Offer online or on-site guidance for significant international projects.
4. Participate in international trade shows and gather market demand information.
5. Assist sales teams with product demonstrations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Electronics, Computer, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
2. Fluent in English for professional communication; Spanish and French skills are a plus.
3. Strong communication and coordination abilities with the flexibility to adapt to varying work environments.
