TAIDEN Extends Its Three-Year Free Warranty Period to Five Years

As the world’s leading conference system provider, TAIDEN differentiates itself from fellow competitors by providing a five-year free warranty service. From January 1st 2014, TAIDEN products are backed by a five-year free warranty service (warranty period for non-durable products is one year, accidental damages excluded. For detailed terms please refer to the latest TAIDEN “After Sales Service Commitment”). Meanwhile, in order to show TAIDEN’s appreciation for its existing customers’ continued support, products purchased after December 31st 2010 will also benefit from this 5-year free warranty service.
Since its establishment in 1996, TAIDEN has been providing three-year free warranty service superior to what stipulated in the National Product Quality Law. Along with the improvement of its product quality, this extension of the free warranty period not only demonstrates TAIDEN’s assurance in its product quality, but also is an effort TAIDEN makes in requiting its new and existing clients on a global scale.
