ISE is undoubtedly the grand festival for the professional AV and electronic systems industry. This year, a total of 44 thousands attendees – eight per cent more than in 2012 – flocked to the RAI exhibition center in Amsterdam for three days of showcase. Integrating the trends of modern conferences: wireless, paper less multi-media, and network based, into its conference systems, TAIDEN brought products and features that meet up the market’s latest needs for ISE visitors to experience a genuine professional conference environment, such as the HCS-8300 Series Paperless Multi-media Congress System, the interpreter booth sharing feature, conference asset management system, room scheduling management system, multi-room management system, conference recording and broadcasting system, etc.
At TAIDEN’s virtual conference room, our latest star offering, HCS-8300 Series Paperless Multi-media Congress Terminals are set up on the conference table, for visitors to sit down and try out the industry’s most advanced technologies, including paperless document reader, desktop sharing, multi form video displaying, call service and etc. The HCS-8328 Terminal is equipped with microphone array that provides a clear and stable sound pick-up performance, while making the conference room look tidier.
With network techniques’ rapid development, conference systems that integrate such techniques will be richly featured and efficient to manage, mainly realized in the following aspects: information and equipment exchanging and sharing can be realized in large convention centers that have multiple conference rooms to improve efficiency; with network connections between conference system and servers (file server, video server ect.), files, multi-media information and outside resources can be shared; conference broadcasting and live streaming.
Interpreter booth sharing and conference asset management system are developed upon the requests of the United Nations Headquarters project. With booth combiner and general controller for booth combiners, up to 24 rooms can be merged and 192 booths can be shared. This feature is flexible in application. After cabling in the initial installation, no extra cabling is needed when merging the rooms. All the operations can be done in the general control room. The conference asset management system frees the operators greatly by helping them to manage and organize numerous conference equipment via a dedicated software. For western markets where labor is extremely expensive, this feature largely saves the cost of conferences.
Another new feature, conference recording and broadcasting (including webcasting), is revealed at 2013 ISE. Users can record, time-tag and real-time broadcast the conferences through this system. This feature receives frequent request by the visitors and TAIDEN once again has a satisfactory answer ready.
HCS-5300 series Digital Infrared Conference System which is invented and exclusively manufactured by TAIDEN, is an ideal wireless conference system solution that guarantees privacy, immunes from RF interference and provides excellent sound quality. TAIDEN’s core products such as HCS-4100 series Fully Digital Congress System, HCS-5100 series Digital Infra-red Language Distribution System are also displayed with new products added to the series.
During the three-day’s exhibition, TAIDEN accepted inquiries from a great number of end users, integrators and distributors. They gave great credits to TAIDEN product’s outstanding features and qualities. These appreciations will remain the largest motivation for TAIDEN to continuously offer the market with the most advanced and outstanding conference system products and services.
